What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Children, adolescents, and adults who are having behavioral, emotional, social, or psychological issues can receive my care. I assist with understanding, processing, and managing inner conflict and presenting needs by creating a secure environment for an individual during therapy. Primary goals of therapy is to help grow and identify ones's strengths through the process of healing.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious about their careers and lives.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I collaborate with clients to uncover problematic ideas and behaviors, question illogical or distorted thought patterns, and create coping mechanisms and situation-handling abilities using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

In order to uphold culturally competent therapy, which is an approach to therapy that recognizes and respects clients' cultural backgrounds, beliefs, values, and experiences, I employ culturally sensitive therapy in my practice. It acknowledges that a person's worldview, attitudes, actions, and mental health are significantly shaped by their cultural identity.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Through the utilization of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), a type of cognitive-behavioral therapy, in my work. It has since undergone modifications to treat a number of new mental health issues, including substance abuse, eating disorders, PTSD, and mood disorders.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

In my practice, I use EFT, which is regarded as an evidence-based method of therapy that has been demonstrated to be successful in assisting couples in resolving relationship issues, enhancing communication, and creating stronger, more durable ties.
