I’m a therapist committed to supporting you as you work through whatever is holding you back from living the life you want. Together, we’ll explore stress, challenging emotions, difficult memories, and self-doubt—along with the tougher, harder-to-talk-about things. Through mindfulness, practical tools, and open conversation, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and take real steps toward a more fulfilling life. And, of course, we’ll find moments to laugh as we go.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, you’ll find a welcoming space to share what's on your mind and explore what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to understand what’s getting in your way and discuss your goals, past therapy experiences, and expectations. We’ll introduce tools like mindfulness right away and start identifying your values. Together, we’ll create a plan for moving forward and lay the groundwork for meaningful progress.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my greatest strengths as a provider are my ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being open and vulnerable. I’m also deeply curious, which allows me to ask thoughtful questions that help clients better understand themselves and the challenges they face. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on practical strategies, which allows me to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs. I also bring flexibility and a strong belief in clients' ability to grow, helping them build confidence and take meaningful steps forward.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I’m here to work with clients who are ready to dig into what's holding them back from living the life they truly want. Whether you're dealing with stress, self-doubt, anxiety, or struggling with emotions, memories, or intrusive thoughts, I can help. I connect well with people who are working through confidence or perfectionism and want to create a life that’s aligned with their values, not outside pressures. My approach blends mindfulness, practical strategies, and talk therapy in a compassionate, down-to-earth way.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Life can feel like a nonstop battle with overthinking and self-doubt, but it doesn’t have to be that way. In our work together, we’ll use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build resilience and flexibility—not by fighting your thoughts, but by changing your relationship with them. Imagine your worries as a chatty backseat driver instead of the one gripping the wheel. You’ll learn to make space for your thoughts and emotions without letting them run the show. Instead of getting stuck, we’ll focus on what truly lights you up—what inspires you, who you want to be—and take real, meaningful steps to get there.
