Hello, I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based out of California. I received my Master degree from New York University, and have been practicing for 19 years. I proved compassionate support to individuals and families, working with client's age 10-through adulthood, as well as their parents. Throughout my career, I have helped client's develop essential coping skills, deepen their self-awareness, and navigate life's challenges with confidence. My work extends to individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. I empower clients and their parents with the tools to help them thrive, fostering healthier relationships and emotional resilience. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where individuals and families can heal, grow, and find meaningful ways to move forward.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but my goal is to create a welcoming and supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. In our first session, we will begin by getting to know each other. I'll ask about what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, and what goals you'd like to work towards. This session is about understanding your needs, concerns, and experiences. There is no pressure to share everything all at once this is a process, and we will move at a pace that feels right for you. We will also discuss how therapy works and answer any questions you have. Most importantly, this is a space where you can feel heard, supported and empowered as we work together to help you move forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

What makes me unique is my compassionate, client-centered approach. I believe that healing begins with self-awareness, and I help individuals not only manage their emotions but also build self-esteem self-worth, and a deeper understanding of who they are. My experience working with young adults, professionals, and families has given me insight into the complexities of everyday life, and I am dedicated to helping my clients move forward with confidence and clarity. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain, I am here to provide the tools and insight to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and resilience.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Welcome! My goal is to provide you with the best support and tools to help you navigate daily life. I understand how overwhelming anxiety and depression can feel, and I am here to help you manage those challenges. By introducing you to effective coping skills, ground techniques and help identify triggers, we can develop strategies to reduce anxiety and regain a sense of control and balance.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have integrated Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in various ways throughout my practice, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of my client's. My approach often includes mindfulness techniques, grounding exercise, and daily behavior reviews to help client's increase self-awareness and regulate emotions. I also encourage the use of writing as a tool for client's to explore their thoughts patters, which supports the reduction of anxiety and depressive symptoms.

Psychoeducation

I believe that helping client's understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors empowers them to take an active role in their healing process. I regularly share information on topics such as anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and coping strategies to support client's in developing long-term skills and insight.
