Hello! I am passionate about approaching my work from a trauma informed lens. I specialize in supporting women, children, and families through relational stressors and difficult life transitions. I have experience working with veterans, postpartum mothers, and in IOP settings. I believe clients are the experts in their own life and my aim is to be a compassionate ally and/or advocate on your healing journey!
