About me

I’m Chase Cassine, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist, committed to creating a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and individuals from marginalized or underserved communities. My work centers on healing, empowerment, resilience, and helping clients move toward meaningful change through compassionate, culturally responsive, and evidence-informed care.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, you can expect a supportive, conversational space where you can share your story at your own pace. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and identify the areas you’d like to strengthen or better understand. I’ll ask questions to learn about your background, current challenges, and the patterns impacting your well-being, but there is never any pressure to disclose more than you’re comfortable with. By the end of the session, clients typically leave with clarity, a sense of direction, and a better understanding of how therapy can support them. My goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and grounded — and to begin building a strong therapeutic relationship centered on trust, collaboration, and growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist include my ability to create a genuinely warm, non-judgmental, and culturally responsive space where clients feel safe being themselves. I bring a strong foundation in evidence-based treatments, while also honoring each person’s lived experience, identity, and resilience. Clients often share that they appreciate my balanced style — compassionate and grounding, yet also direct, insightful, and solution-oriented. I excel at helping clients identify patterns, strengthen emotional awareness, and build practical strategies they can apply in their daily lives. My approach integrates empathy, trauma-informed care, and a deep respect for the communities I serve. Whether navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, or major life transitions, I focus on helping clients gain clarity, reclaim their voice, and move toward lasting healing and meaningful personal growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are adolescents and adults who are ready to understand themselves more deeply and make meaningful changes in their lives. I work especially well with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity exploration, and feeling “stuck” or overwhelmed. Many of my clients identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, creative, empathic, or high-achieving professionals who carry a lot for others but rarely have space for themselves. I’m best positioned to work with clients who value self-awareness, want to break old patterns, and are open to honest reflection. My ideal clients are thoughtful, resilient, and seeking a therapist who is warm, culturally attuned, and grounded in both compassion and evidence-based care. If you’re looking for a therapeutic relationship that feels validating, empowering, and truly collaborative, I may be a good fit for you.
