Life transitions, relationships in flux, maybe you haven't felt like yourself recently. Navigating hard emotions that keep you up a night, or preoccupy thinking, might be holding you back from enjoying activities and relationships you once did. Reasons for seeking therapy are unique and individual to you. You are deserving of a therapist who will build a space for you to be vulnerable with your story and emotions. Together, we can build a path forward through empathetic processing, acceptance, skill building, and goal planning. Therapy is like a compass, it doesn't provide all the answers, but it provides direction. Focusing on your strengths, presenting problem, and future goals, our time together will be spent targeting false thoughts, realizing potential, and building trust in yourself.

I'm a caring compassionate experienced clinician with a non- judgmental attitude, committed to helping you make progress towards your goals. We can work at a pace that's comfortable for you. The treatment methods and tools I utilize
My approach to therapy it electic utilizing psychodynamic, solution based therapy, mindfulness, CBT, EMDR and currently, studying ACT.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I am compassioinate, a good listener and empathetic. My life experiences have enriched my understanding of the complexities of life and families. I have worked with all ages through a community mental health agency as well as a telehealth platform. I can help an individual or a family or parents who need guidance on what to do with a challenging child.

I appreciated Carolynn listening however it was difficult doing it on the phone as my voice was muted and she could not see me, I could only see her. I keep asking you to resend the link help

Carolynn Feldblum has been the only therapist that I have found to be a good fit out of all that I have tried in the past. She is very warm, empathetic, and solution oriented. She has helped me feel validated and reframe my thought process when I had been feeling my lowest. After taking a little break from therapy due to personal reasons, I wanted to make sure that I start therapy with Carolynn again because I trust her guidance in helping me navigate through difficult emotions. She's truly made a difference in my life :)
