Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The purpose of the first session would be for introducing ourselves, learning about what you are struggling with, and collaborating to form therapy goals. I am happy to answer any questions you may have about the therapy process/my services.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My strengths are providing therapy rooted in compassion, respect, and creativity. My goal as a therapist is to partner with my clients to create a treatment plan that comprehensively addresses their concerns and needs, including emotional, mental, relational, spiritual, and physiological health. Although I am well versed in a range of emotional/mental health challenges, I have a special passion for young women, teens, and girls seeking to build self-esteem, self-confidence, motivation, and a positive body-image I also am focused on guiding people through career difficulties and discernment of their life purpose, coping with life transitions, and supporting people that are grieving the loss of a loved one. I also greatly enjoy working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities. I offer a variety of traditional talk therapy approaches as well as innovative, creative remedies which are arts-based.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Female girls/teens and young adult women seeking to build self-esteem, people experiencing anxiety, career difficulties, and struggling to discern their vocation/life purpose. I also offer therapy support for people grieving the loss of a loved one. Additionally I am focused on providing therapy for teens and adults with Asperger.
