In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, discussed your your needs for counseling, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

With 18 years of experience, I have worked with clients from various cultures and backgrounds. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I have learned that it is important meet my clients where they at and to personalized each client's treatment due to their personal needs. I love to challenge my clients and see them grow.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with young professionals who are in the first few years of their careers, women who are dealing with self esteem issues, parenting issues and general women issues. I also love working with couples who are open to learning healthier ways to communicate and manage the challenges of their relationships. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious and need some support in processing and identify some coping skills.
