Are you feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, not good enough or like you have your back up against the wall? Or maybe you are feeling as though your past won’t let you break free so you can start to feel alive again. You want relief, and to silence the noise around you for good! You are not alone and I am here to help! I help people struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma break free from their past so that they can go from surviving to thriving. My goal for my clients is to inspire them to overcome challenges, develop resilience and reclaim peace for their life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session my top priority is building trust and rapport with my client’s while providing them with a safe, authentic and nonjudgmental space where they can feel at ease and be seen, heard, understood and empowered. Therapy should be a place where you can unravel your most intimate thoughts and feelings without feeling judged. My client's and I continuously collaborate throughout the therapeutic process on their goals, outcomes for themselves and treatment plans to help them be the most successful on their healing journey.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a therapist is that I am an active listener and genuinely care about helping you get to where you want to be in life. My goal is to help people see themselves blossom into someone they never thought was possible or help them move past challenges that seemed too hard to face. I help client's challenge change, break through barriers and shine light where it feels dark.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma. I also have expertise in addiction and substance misuse, addictive behaviors and tendencies, self-esteem issues, co-dependency and relationship difficulties. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated and committed to change, ready to develop personal growth and willing to lean into discomfort along their healing journey. Therapy is a collaborative effort in helping my client’s reach their full potential and desired goals they have set out for themselves.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

By utilizing Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) approach with my client's I help them identify how their thoughts, emotions and behaviors are contributing to their internal emotional experiences that they are having. I also help my clients identify their negative thoughts, challenge their negative thoughts and learn to create new ways of thinking to have positive emotions and outcomes.

Motivational Interviewing

By utilizing motivational interviewing I help my client's explore their feelings and help discover their own motivations to change despite how difficult change can be. This modality help resolve ambivalent feelings and insecurities to find the internal motivation to change behaviors that are no longer serving a purpose.
