Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counsellor (LCMHC) currently serving both North and South Carolina. I have utilized my Masters of Counseling in practice for 8 years. I've spent over 12 years as a Protective Services Social Worker and in that time I had the privilege to serve many people in many walks of life.

That experience has given me a unique talent for connecting with people. I enjoy assisting older and young adults struggling with life, relationship and career stress, and others just finding it difficult to become the best versions of themselves.
First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

My approach is very client centered and I utilize many modalities including but not limited to : cognitive-behavioral psychodynamic, trauma focused, solution focused, humanistic, and rational-emotive therapy. I make every effort to meet the individuals that I counsel where they are, and address specific needs to help them reach their peace and potential.
Ideal clients
I love working with individuals who are excited and interested in improving their quality of life through mental health. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their lives possibilities.
