If you are overwhelmed, feeling stuck and yet ready to take a step to grow and heal I’d love to assist you on this journey through understanding and improving your emotional and relational functioning. Depending on your needs I use a combination of talk therapy with EMDR for difficult experiences along with psychodynamic, relational (RLT) and cognitive therapy (CBT).
