I offer a safe setting where all thoughts and feelings can be shared without judgement. I help clients develop a variety of healthier skills to use in everyday life. I help families and couples understand each other's perspectives and feelings. I want to help you explore the root of your issues so they don't keep reoccurring.

I utilize CBT therapy, strengths focused therapy, client centered therapy, and solution focused therapy.
