About me
Welcome to your personal journey toward wholeness. I earned a PhD in Pastoral Counseling and have been in practice over 20 years. Spirituality including listening and empathy are included in all sessions. I have worked with individuals, couples, families, and groups and assisted them address relationship, illness, grief, depression, anxiety, phobias, addiction challenges. My counseling methods are eclectic so that each person has a plan tailored to their presenting needs and goals set. The number of sessions depends upon need and desired change.

I have the ability to listen intently without judgement and to help clients establish their own goals. I understand that people have their own pace for making life change(s) and that change can be challenging.

Over the years I have enjoyed helping married couples who as they transverse through various stages of life. I have been able to assist people who are feeling down, anxious, or isolated to regain joy and peace.
