About me
I am an LMFT with 12 years experience working with teenagers & adults in individual therapy and couples therapy. In addition to my private practice experience I am a Mental Health Clinical Supervisor for the County of Los Angeles Department of Mental Health which has provided me a wealth of clinical experience and training. This experience has allowed me to fine tune my clinical skill set across a large swath of clients from all walks of life. Because of my wealth of training I am able to offer a wide variety of evidence based therapy services. For example, I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Anger Reduction Therapy (ART). I find for most clients good old fashioned talk therapy works best allowing for a cathartic therapy experience. I pride myself on being able to quickly build rapport with therapy clients which is the cornerstone of successful treatment. I do this with a healthy but appropriate dose of humor and understanding.
