Hello, I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) based in Arizona with a Doctoral degree in Behavioral Health Education and a Master's degree in Counseling. I have provided mental health services in various settings over the past 13 years including community mental health, hospitals, and correctional facilities. I specialize in trauma, PMADs (postpartum), grief and relationship issues. I can work with you to improve your concerns and symptoms in a supportive and collaborative way.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first meeting together, we will have the opportunity to get to know each other. I know how challenging and uncomfortable it can be to open up to someone. My first priority is to create a safe space that you feel confident in, so we can do great work.

Having worked as a therapist/counselor for over 13 years, I Have been privileged to work with so many different people. I believe I learn from them as much as they learn from me. I listen, I follow up and I work to consider multiple sides and needs, to provide the best care I can.

I have worked with all kinds of people, from all walks of life. I enjoy working with men and women. I especially appreciate the opportunity to support parents, as they navigate pregnancy and postpartum issues. I also like helping people challenge and readjust unhelpful thinking and behavior patterns.
