With 15 years of licensure and practice spanning Nevada and Florida, I bring extensive therapeutic expertise to my clients. Throughout the last two decades, I've had the honor of assisting individuals, adults, children, and families in navigating their unique journeys. My areas of focus encompass anxiety, social anxiety, neurodivergence, grief and loss, and relationship dynamics. I hold a steadfast belief in the innate capacity of individuals to evolve, develop, and manifest the lives they aspire to lead.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll dive deep into the challenges you're facing, develop a personalized plan, and kickstart our journey toward achieving your goals. Establishing a solid rapport is paramount, laying the foundation for effective collaboration as we progress. Our interventions will encompass various strategies, such as cognitive reframing, acquiring somatic and coping techniques, and unraveling the underlying reasons behind your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My therapeutic approach is founded on non-judgmental support, infused with warmth, humor, and validation. I understand the universal desire to feel acknowledged and understood. While I offer compassionate challenges, encouragement, and accountability, my primary focus remains on aiding you in achieving your goals. Collaboratively, we'll craft a tailored treatment roadmap. Transformation often initiates during our initial sessions, with ongoing growth unfolding progressively thereafter.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I'm passionate about empowering women to reach their fullest potential. Juggling career, family, and societal pressures often leads to anxiety and unwarranted guilt among women, who may feel they are never doing or being enough. My aim is to assist women in shifting their mindset and acquiring effective communication techniques. This enables them to confidently establish boundaries both in their personal relationships and professional environments.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have 15 years experience working within a CBT framework. Together, we will define the problem and work on generating solutions. We will explore how your thoughts influence your feelings and begin to challenge and reframe those appraisals.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I am recently trained in ACT and have found my clients really like the mindfulness and acceptance components.
