I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been working for the past 9 years to help clients suffering from depression, anxiety, and addiction, among many other issues. I am a New York native fluent in both English and Spanish. I found my second home in New Jersey, where I continue to pursue my passion for serving the needs of individuals, families, and couples. Using my knowledge and ability to apply psychosocial education and therapeutic methods, I address psychological issues of many different kinds. My general approach aims to meet clients where they are and walk with them until they arrive where they want to be. I believe that we all can benefit from guidance in our quest to help us build a better version of ourselves in mind, body, and soul.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session we will get to know each other and any questions or concerns will be answered. Additionally, we will discuss goals and desired direction clients wish to take in their therapeutic journey.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a provider, I strive to meet all my clients where they are. I look to be a helpmate with clients on their journey to bettering themselves. My approach is holistic, seeking to incorporate, mind, body, spirit with the psychological component.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with clients who are ready to step into their healing journey. Ideally they are open and willing to change. Objectively, they would at least be open to trying to move in a direction of healing and learning in order to receive all the benefits of their therapeutic journey.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

Working with diverse groups of people has taught me the importance of being adaptable and able to meet clients where they are. An eclectic treatment method allows for a more personal experience as clients navigate their individual experiences.
