In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, together we will begin with brief introductions. I will be asking some basic questions to help me understand what brings you to therapy and to gather information about the complexity of the challenges you are dealing with in your life. My goal is to build a therapeutic alliance with you and to make sure that we are going at a pace that is comfortable for you. My goal is provide a safe place where you feel heard and understood. This will enable me to create a tailored plan that we will work through in follow-up sessions.

By having a broad knowledge base working with adults, teens, families, and couples in multiple settings, I have developed a tried-true playbook that enables me to help you identify the root causes of your challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to progress and healing. In addition, I am empathetic therapist, that listens with compassion and holds "Unconditional Positive Regard," toward each client, were you feel accepted, supported, and respected through the therapeutic process. Listening with out judgment and validating your feelings, so you feel understood throughout your journey. I will be there to offer reassurance and guide you to solutions that work best for you.
