Hello, my name is Nicole. I believe that clients are the best experts in being aware of how their mental health symptoms and stressors affect their lives. I want to work with you in helping you navigate your stressors and mental health concerns. There should be no shame in seeking out therapy and when you are working with me, I will create a safe space for you to feel comfortable in sharing your concerns. I use a whole-person approach that supports your mind and overall wellness. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, or trying to cope with life stressors, I am here to support and work with you as you navigate these issues. I utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first initial meeting will entail me completing an assessment to gain information from you, so that I can understand how to best serve you and ensure we are a good fit.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have had experience collaborating with clients to address depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and PTSD. One of my greatest strengths as a clinician is that I treat every client individually based on their needs and goals. I provide empathetic care and value my client’s feedback as they pursue their journey of healing.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Adults who are dealing with depression, basic life stressors, and anxiety. I am licensed in California, New York, and in Washington, so if you reside in any of these three states, I can service you.
