About me

The most difficult part about healing is being patient and loving yourself enough to know that you deserve better. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a PhD in Family Studies and a Masters in Counseling Psychology. I have experience working with diverse populations, and my approach is customized to address the unique needs of each client. I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with racial trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and self-esteem issues. My interest lies in guiding individuals on their journey to healing and finding peace in an unbalanced world.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then delve into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe my greatest strength lies in working with minorities. My strong interpersonal skills enable me to build relationships and connect with individuals from all walks of life. I genuinely enjoy collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and I strive to create a positive environment where everyone feels comfortable and valued.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My primary focus is on supporting minorities in their journey toward personal growth and healing. Many of my clients are highly motivated to improve their lives but often lack the necessary tools and resources to turn their aspirations into reality. I am dedicated to equipping them with the skills and strategies they need to achieve their goals and overcome the challenges they face.
