Greetings! When life gets to be overwhelming, more than you can handle, or maybe just at a point where you need some professional and unbiased guidance, I can help. My treatment approach is from an ecIectic lens. I am here to meet you where you are. No two people are exactly the same, and as such, they should not be treated with the exact same approach and techniques. I believe that being a competent, and ethical clinician, with great listening skills is paramount to providing optimal care. I use evidence based methods for connecting the mind, body, and soul. I provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups; some interventions/theories, and diagnosis include CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Grief, Adjustment Disorder, and Personality Disorders.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

For your initial visit with me, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and safe environment. The session includes you sharing your reason for seeking therapy; and why now. The session will also provide a chance for you to ask any questions you may have concerning therapy and treatment options. Essentially, the first session allows me to gather pertinent information to help with assigning an initial psychiatric diagnosis and treatment plan. The treatment plan will consist of goals and objectives developed collaboratively between the both of us.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

The greatest strength I have as a provider is my passion for helping. I genuinely care, and thrive from being able to help individuals improve their quality of life- through processing pain, and learning healthy and productive ways to cope.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My ideal client is someone that is open to allowing me to help them reach their desired goals, and improve their mental and overall well being. My priority is to provide competent and ethical practice. I believe that change is possible when the clinician and client work collaboratively. I've had the privilege to work in various settings such as private practice, community, hospital, crisis, and intensive outpatient; with various populations. The opportunity to help you would be my pleasure.
