I am a Child & Adolescent Therapist passionate about supporting children and adolescents through challenges such as anxiety, depression, anger, grief and loss, and the adjustment to separation/divorce of parents. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Georgia State University and a Master of Social Work Degree from The University of Georgia. With over 19 years of experience working with individuals, families, and groups, I see therapy as my calling and am dedicated to helping others navigate life's toughest moments.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, we will begin with an interview with the parent, followed by a brief introduction to the child or adolescent. This initial meeting will allow us to discuss the specific goals you are seeking to address and provide an overview of the therapeutic process.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a provider is my deep passion for helping individuals navigate anxiety, anger, grief and loss, and other adjustment-related life challenges. I am dedicated to supporting clients through life's toughest moments and empowering them to develop resilience.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My ideal clients are children, adolescents, and families navigating difficult life transitions such as grief and loss, separation/divorce of parents, anxiety, and anger. I also work with individuals facing other adjustment-related challenges, helping them develop the emotional resilience needed to thrive during times of change.
