"If you've just landed on my page, I invite you to pause and take a deep breath. In this moment, drop into your body and notice where you’re holding tension or tightness. This work can be hard, but you've already taken the first step on your healing journey. You are prioritizing self-care and beginning to put your needs first." "I specialize in working with individuals navigating grief, loss, life transitions, infertility struggles, and feelings of disconnection. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or uncertain about your path forward, I provide a supportive space to help you process your emotions, regain clarity, and rediscover a sense of peace." "Grief shows up in many ways—whether from losing a loved one, a shift in identity, infertility, or unexpected life transitions. I have come to understand grief as a daily practice of riding its waves. Over time, I have found clarity and healing in this process, and I bring this understanding into my work with clients." "As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help individuals process loss, explore unresolved emotions, and move toward healing in a way that honors their unique experience. Together, we’ll create a space where transformation can unfold at your own pace." "You don’t have to navigate this alone. If you’re ready to begin, I invite you to reach out. Let’s take the next step together."

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our initial session, we will review intake paperwork and forms, laying the groundwork for our work together. This session is also an opportunity for us to begin building a strong therapeutic relationship—one rooted in trust, safety, and collaboration. Like constructing a house, a solid foundation is essential; without it, the space may feel uneasy and unstable. During this time, I will invite you to share what brings you to therapy, your hopes for the process, and any concerns you may have. We will explore your history at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and there will be space to ask any questions about the therapy process. My goal is to create a non-judgmental, inviting environment where you feel seen, heard, and supported from the very start.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I integrate my personal experiences into my professional role as a therapist, allowing me to connect with clients in a deeply meaningful way. My greatest strengths lie in my ability to provide both empathetic and expert support to those navigating grief and loss, particularly parents raising children with special needs. My lived experience enables me to offer not only clinical insight but also genuine understanding, creating a space where clients feel truly seen and supported.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am best positioned to serve individuals who are navigating profound grief, loss, and life’s most challenging transitions—those who, despite their pain, hold a deep desire for healing, growth, and self-discovery. You may be grieving the loss of a loved one, adjusting to the end of a significant relationship, or facing an unexpected life transition. Perhaps you are a mother caring for a child with special needs, carrying both the love and emotional weight of this role. Or maybe you are a woman confronting infertility, questioning your identity, or searching for meaning in the midst of change. What unites the individuals I work with is not just their pain, but their willingness to explore their emotions and seek a path forward. You recognize that healing is not linear and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach. You are looking for a compassionate, experienced guide who will honor your unique journey and walk beside you as you rediscover your inner strength.

My treatment methods

Psychodynamic

I have found psychodynamic therapy to be a powerful framework for understanding and addressing the underlying emotional patterns and unresolved conflicts that influence a person’s thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. My experience with psychodynamic therapy allows me to work with clients in a deep, insightful way, helping them uncover unconscious processes and explore how past experiences—particularly from childhood—can shape their present-day struggles. In my practice, I use psychodynamic techniques such as exploring transference, examining defense mechanisms, and identifying recurring patterns in relationships. By understanding these dynamics, clients can gain clarity about how past wounds may be influencing their current emotional state or behaviors. This approach fosters deep self-awareness and insight, which often leads to meaningful healing and transformation. I also integrate this method with mindfulness and body-awareness practices to help clients bring unconscious material into their conscious awareness in a grounded, present-focused way. This combination supports clients in not only understanding their past but also learning to navigate and shift long-standing emotional patterns in the here and now.

Integrative

Integrative therapy is a comprehensive and holistic approach that incorporates various therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness techniques, and somatic therapy. I've seen firsthand the profound transformations this method can facilitate, both professionally and personally. I use integrative therapy to help clients explore the emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions of their experiences. This approach is particularly valuable when addressing the deep emotional layers that can be intertwined with grief and loss, allowing for a more comprehensive and profound healing journey.

Mind-body approach

During session, I help client pause and connect to their experiences, sensations, and expressions of their bodies. Humans tend to dissociate from their bodily experiences, getting stuck in their heads and ignore their bodies communication. When client learn how to connect and listen to their bodies, they can release old trauma, negative patterns, or other psychological issues that may hinder them.
