Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida, with a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from Barry University. With over nine years of experience, I am passionate about helping individuals, families, and communities improve emotional well-being and overcome challenges. My goal is to empower clients to navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and create lasting, positive changes that lead to a more fulfilling and balanced life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, my goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing your story. We'll begin by discussing what brought you to therapy, whether it's trauma, mental health struggles, or life transitions, so I can understand your unique concerns and goals. I'll also take time to assess your current situation, including past experiences that may affect your emotional well-being. Therapy is a partnership, and together we'll explore the best strategies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness, to support your healing. Building trust and rapport is key, and I'll ensure you feel understood and respected. By the end of the session, we'll set goals for future sessions to guide your progress.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), my greatest strength is my deep empathy and compassion. I truly believe in the power of human connection, and I work hard to create a safe, welcoming space where you can feel heard and understood. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, which allows me to connect with you on a personal level—so that, no matter what you're going through, you never have to feel alone in the process.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Everyone has a unique and valuable story. Each person’s life is like a book, with chapters reflecting various experiences, challenges, and emotions. Sometimes, we get stuck on one particular page or chapter—whether due to trauma, loss, mental health struggles, or significant life transitions. It’s normal to encounter obstacles at different points in life, and feeling stuck can show up as overwhelmed, anxiety, depression, repeated issues in relationships, or simply a sense of unfulfillment. If you’re feeling this way, you’re not alone—and it’s okay to ask for help. Acknowledging that something isn’t quite right is the first courageous step toward change. Therapy can help you understand and process the emotions and challenges that are keeping you stuck. Through our work together, I’ll provide you with the tools, strategies, and insights you need to overcome those challenges and create a more fulfilling, balanced life.
