About me

As a seasoned professional specializing in trauma-informed care, I recognize the profound impact that life experiences can have on someone’s over well-being. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based clinical modalities with a deep respect for each individual’s unique journey. I approach each client with the understanding that no two stories are the same and that therapy must be tailored to honor the individuality of your experiences. I integrate evidence-based practices with respect for each individual’s journey, I support clients through healing the emotional and historical roots of conflict. With expertise in substance use, relationships, and trauma, I support understanding how unresolved pain, unmet needs, and inherited patterns shape daily life and connection.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the initial session, we will review informed consent, discuss the therapy process, and explore your reasons for seeking support. We'll cover your background, medical history, and any relevant clinical details to better understand your experience. I take an opportunity to explain therapeutic expectations and explore your questions. The session will move at your pace, with the goal of creating a safe, validating space where you feel supported and empowered as we begin your journey.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe in the use of a holistic, client-centered approach to mental health care, working collaboratively with each individual to ensure they receive personalized support and treatment. Focusing on natural, open conversation while integrating clinical approaches to better understand the challenges that brought you to therapy. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment where you feel comfortable discussing your concerns and working together toward better mental health and well-being. Your unique needs and experiences will guide our work, and I am committed to providing the support necessary for you to thrive.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I focus on fostering emotional safety and honoring client autonomy while supporting the development of self-awareness and emotional regulation. My approach blends evidence-based practices with a deep respect for each person’s unique journey, creating a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic experience. Drawing on expertise in substance use, relationship dynamics, life transitions, and the effects of historical trauma, helping clients explore how these experiences influence their daily lives and relationships. My treatment methods

Trauma Informed Care

As a trauma-informed clinician, I take a client-centered and compassionate approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, empowering, and collaborative spaces. I recognize that many emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges are rooted in lived experiences that may include trauma, chronic stress, or attachment disruptions. My role is to walk alongside clients as they build insight, resilience, and a renewed sense of self-trust.

As predicted, she's a straight shooter that seamlessly takes you back but keeps you in the present... She has a way of being wisdomatic but didn't assault me with suggestions or anything intake feeling and suggestive. I could feel her JUST getting to know me as I was definitely being assessed lol. And she gets my humor lol

Tiffany listens. She makes me think about what’s behind my actions and reactions. Because of her I am learning how to put myself first and think about my needs and not just the needs of everyone else I deal with. It’s ok to see myself as important and that I matter.
