The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
As a therapist, I try to provide my clients with a safe space where they can come and speak freely. In my experience, I have found that clients want someone who will listen and make them feel heard while also giving them the tools to make changes and helping them find the root cause of their challenges.

I love working with couples and adults struggling with everyday life issues. My clients are eager to improve their lives but don't yet have the tools to realize this goal. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious about their lives and need someone to listen and encourage them.
