About me

Hi there, I'm Madi! Have you been struggling to move forwards with your life? Are you struggling to figure out how to take those next steps towards your future? Have you wanted to make a change but been too scared to take that first step? I help individuals who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and other mental illnesses find a way to finally get the future that they deserve. Through various therapeutic lenses, the whole person is seen, and we work as a team to get to the root of the problems, so that a brighter future can finally be reached. Through empathy, reframing how we think about things, and learning to really sit with emotions, the future is there for the taking. If you're ready to take a step towards change I will be there with you along your journey, utilizing evidence-based practices and empathy along the way.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session involves an assessment to identify what you want to work on, identify goals, areas of growth, and what your needs are. You can ask me any questions you have and we will identify if we feel like a good fit for each other

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Being able to express empathy and hold space for a client are my greatest strengths as a clinician. I am passionate about helping stigmatized and underserved populations, whether that population be LGBTQIA+, Substance Use, or others, I want to make sure that they feel seen and heard. I was trained in EMDR and that opened my eyes and heart to those who suffer from trauma, and I will forever want to help others find ways to heal their traumas. Overall, my goal is to help others find a way to heal, in whatever way works for them.
