Hi there, I'm Sophia. I know it can be scary and uncomfortable asking for help; I'm here to be a guide as you maneuver through this interesting journey we call life. I can offer a safe space where we can look at the parts and pieces you don't share with others and put them back together again. Becoming more aware of how we perceive and interact with the world and those around us can be challenging but I am here to help find a way. I am passionate about providing a compassionate and nonjudgemental experience; I want to meet you where you are and provide a framework we can work towards in effort to bring about lasting change. Whether you feel overwhelmed by life's challenges or want to get into a healthier frame of mind, I'm here to help.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My goal is to be open, honest, and authentic with you. I am certified in substance use and dependency, trauma, and can provide a nonjudgemental and supportive therapeutic experience in discussing these difficult topics. I know many habits, dependencies and negative behaviors were formed out of a need to survive. I'm here to help you make that switch from surviving to thriving.
