About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Master of Addiction Counselor. I am trained in EMDR Level I. I help those with anxiety and depression, substance abuse problems, relationship issues, work-related problems, and those who have difficulty coping with daily stressors. I provide life and sober coaching for those in recovery. Sober coaching requires clients to be in recovery without the use of substances for at least 30 days.
