About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in southern California I specialize in supporting adults who are struggling with alcohol, drug use, anxiety and depression If you’re feeling the pain of addiction and are ready to begin your journey to a new clean, and sober chapter in your life, I’m here to help every step of the way. Addiction is a disease, not a definition of your identity. It can be managed and put into remission, and you deserve the opportunity to reclaim your life. I recognize that anyone can face difficult circumstances, and I am dedicated to supporting you in overcoming the challenges of addiction and the stigma that often accompanies it. Additionally, depression and anxiety can be significant factors related to substance use and addiction. It's important to remember that addiction not only impacts you but also affects those around you. With a Master’s degree from Fordham University and over 22 years of specialized experience, I offer statewide Telehealth services to reach clients wherever they are. Many of my clients also face underlying mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression. I work collaboratively with them to address both their substance use and mental health needs, empowering them to achieve lasting wellness. Let’s work together to navigate your journey towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My insurance brought me to this provider. I liked her profile so I chose her. She listens and gives great feedback. We have a plan for my therapy which I absolutely see as a major positive. She is easy to talk to. She is genuine, and feel she really has my welfare as a priority.
