What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a personalized plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have experience in mental health working in a variety of settings. I am a licensed therapist and have my doctorate in organizational development. My greatest strength is my passion for working collaboratively and identifying your strengths.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I’ve been using DBT in my practice for the past five years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use DBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Eclectic

I’ve found that using an eclectic method can be an effective and adaptive way to create a more personalized and impactful therapy experience. I’m trained in multiple evidence based approaches such as motivational interviewing, DBT, Gottman and strengths-based.
