The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I have experience working with adults, adolescents, children, families, and couples. I have an extensive background working with disorders such as Adjustment, Anxiety, Depression, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective, Bipolar, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I use therapeutic approaches that include the Client-Centered approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused approach.
