As a compassionate and experienced clinician, I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complexities of anxiety, depression, and grief. Through a combination of evidence-based therapies and empathetic support, I work collaboratively with my clients to develop effective coping strategies and promote lasting healing. I understand that these challenges can be overwhelming, and I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Whether you're struggling with persistent worry, feelings of sadness, or the loss of a loved one, I am here to guide you on your journey towards emotional well-being.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session will be several background questions to help me formulate an image of how you became the person you are today. Our pasts shape and mold us into our present beings and understanding where you came from and a historical overview of your past will help me better understand you and provide you the best therapy sessions possible.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I am skilled at actively listening and understanding my clients' unique perspectives, creating a safe and supportive space for them to express themselves openly. I strive to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that helps clients feel at ease and build trust.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am seeking individuals who are open to self-reflection, committed to their personal growth, and motivated to make positive changes in their lives. My ideal clients are those who: - Are willing to actively participate in therapy: This includes completing homework assignments, practicing new skills, and attending regular sessions. - Are open to trying new approaches: They are willing to step outside of their comfort zone and explore different strategies for coping with their challenges. - Have a strong desire to heal and grow: They are seeking long-term solutions and are committed to making lasting changes in their lives. - Are able to build trust and rapport with their therapist: A strong therapeutic relationship is essential for effective treatment. If you are ready to invest in your mental health and are looking for a supportive and compassionate therapist to guide you on your journey, I would be honored to work with you.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Through an understanding of how thoughts, feelings, and actions are interconnected, individuals can learn to challenge unhelpful thinking and develop healthier coping mechanisms. CBT is effective for a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and eating disorders. This is the primary methodology I use during sessions.
EMDR
a form of psychotherapy that helps people heal from the emotional distress caused by traumatic life experiences. During EMDR therapy, clients focus on disturbing memories while simultaneously engaging in bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements or tapping. This process helps the brain process and integrate traumatic memories, reducing their emotional impact and alleviating symptoms of PTSD and other trauma-related disorders.

As I was scrolling through the list of all the therapists she was the one that stood out to me. It seems like she was the right choice. She was down to earth, easy to talk to, she suggested a book that I hope to have read by the next session. She helped me see light at the end of the tunnel. She made me feel hopeful.

I only started my journey with Traci a few weeks ago, but so far she's been great. She is very understanding, open, and makes me feel comfortable to talk about whatever I want to. Her resources help me cope on a daily basis and they also help me understand myself and my mental health a lot better.

Unfortunately Traci was extremely unprofessional, used AI to come up with goals and ways to help me. I could have done that myself.
