Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from New York. I received my Masters from Virginia Commonwealth University and have been practicing for 4 years. During this time I worked with children and adults with a range of mental health concerns. There are few conversations that I haven't had with a client at some point. I help adults and teens struggling with stress, anxiety, depression and life obstacles become the best versions of themselves.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing and any background Infomation needed. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I feel I am great at seeing patterns in peoples thoughts and behaviors and coming up with solutions or things to try.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with young adults who are trying to figure out their future and need to explore their past. I My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality.
