I am a Black femme, licensed clinical social worker, and healing artist with over 8 years of experience supporting individuals in their personal growth and healing journeys. My focus is on empowering creatives, neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQ+, QTPOC, and fellow healers who are navigating life transitions such as grief, depression, anxiety, boundary-setting, and spiritual discernment. In my practice, I blend traditional therapy with energy work, offering a holistic approach to healing that honors diverse identities and experiences. My goal is to create a compassionate, inclusive space where clients feel seen, supported, and equipped to thrive in their authenticity.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll take time to truly get to know each other, grounding ourselves in the present moment and acknowledging your unique journey. All sessions after are about trust building not just between us, but within yourself, as I believe the answers you need are already within you. We’ll create a space of radical honesty and support, empowering you to reclaim your strength and navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider lie in my deep empathy, unwavering commitment to radical liberation, and ability to create inclusive, transformative spaces for healing. I excel in building authentic, trust-based relationships with clients, especially those who have been marginalized, and empower them to reconnect with their unique power. My perspective and experiences navigating systems of oppression allow me to meet clients where they are, challenging them while also honoring their journeys. I’m also adept at weaving therapy theories with other unconventional modalities for personal and collective liberation.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am best positioned to serve intentionally marginalized individuals who want to challenge societal norms. My work centers on empowering misfits—those who exist outside mainstream structures—by fostering transformative spaces for self-expression, healing, and resistance. I guide clients in dismantling oppressive systems, embracing their full identities, and cultivating a sense of radical belonging. Through collective growth and solidarity, we forge paths toward freedom and justice, honoring the strength and resilience of those who have been historically silenced and excluded.

My treatment methods

Racial trauma treatment

For over a decade, I've dedicated myself to dismantling racial trauma through an unapologetic fusion of shame work, Black feminist theory, and radical witnessing. As a Black femme therapist, I center the lived experiences of Black individuals, using my own identity as a foundation for deep, transformative healing. In my practice, I don’t just provide therapy—I create spaces for radical self-affirmation, pushing against systems of oppression while empowering clients to reclaim their full humanity. My work isn’t just therapeutic; it’s a political act of resistance.

Narrative

In my work with narrative therapy, I guide clients in deconstructing the dominant stories that have been imposed upon them. By centering the voices of Black and marginalized individuals, I empower them to rewrite their own narratives, reclaiming their power and agency. I bring a radical, intersectional lens to this process, challenging societal norms and helping clients reshape their identities on their own terms.
