My mission is to help individuals in their life journey through a mental health lens addressing social-emotional learning, skill building, and communication. I have many years of experience working with individuals who have neurodevelopmental disorders as well as individuals who have struggles with daily challenges. I have experience working in a variety of roles and settings with individuals and families.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, I provide a neutral safe space for counseling, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan based on best practice such as cognitive behavioral therapy.

CBT is one of the modalities I use in therapy. CBT has established research efficacy in helping clients manage unhealthy thought patterns. It's helpful for individuals with anxiety, depression, and addictions as well as other disorders.
Child Parent Psychotherapy is a modality of treatment utilized for children ages 0-5. I utilized this method to work with children and their parents.
