Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New York. I have been practicing for over 3 years. I help teens, young adults, and adults struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma work towards their individual goals to become the best versions of themselves. I have experience working with people within different communities, of different cultures, and different ages. I'm trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma Informed Care.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. We will also explore your the many different parts that make up you. Sometimes looking at those developmental milestones helps to gain a better understanding to how you became the person you are. We as humans have so many layers, and my goal is to begin to understand each of those layers to better help you.

Life can be hard and having someone to support you through the different stages you experience can be essential. My style of therapy is really tailored to the person I am working with. I think it is important to meet people where they are and to offer the support that is individualized to their needs.

Asking for help sometimes can be one of the hardest steps towards addressing any issue or dilemma you may be facing. I am here to help you with those steps towards progression. Opening up and trusting someone is a process and can be difficult. My goal is to create a safe space for you to grow as a person in any aspect of your life.
