I have extensive professional work experience with adults, geriatrics, children and families in both healthcare and mental health settings. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, life transitions, motivation, self-esteem and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. My primary goal is to provide a safe and bold space for you to navigate through emotional discomfort toward healing.
