A Committed Therapist After digging through my wounds I have committed to a life of constant self-work. This continued transformational process, alongside a powerful therapeutic structure, allows me to be ready and able to help you with your metamorphosis. My personal life experiences and work have taught me that the healing process can be messy and rarely linear. It can be hard to navigate through alone! As I guide you through it, you will find that your inner work starts with you. An Educated Health Professional I received my formal training through Lynn University with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health. I have worked in the Mental Health field for the past ten years as a Mental Health Therapist, Early Childhood Wellness Therapist, and an ABA Behavioral Technician. The Take Away For those that decide to start their healing journey with me, I strive to meet you where you are, show up authentically, and radiate a grounded and non-judgmental safe space. Additionally, as a queer-identifying person, I create a safe space for those that identify with the LGBTQIA2S+ and Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diverse community.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Client's will receive a welcoming ear to meet them where they are. During the first session as I gather information, I offer the client to to express their struggles and goals in either their own authentic way or I can can start with prompted questions. I understand that most people are either joining therapy for the first time or are returning and do not know where or how to start. I've got you!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am passionate about working with individuals who feel stunted by the lingering impact of anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ Identity issues, and early childhood relational wounding.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, I integrate evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify patterns — like irrational beliefs or mental traps — that contribute to anxiety, stress, or feeling stuck in different areas of life. From there, we work to rewire those patterns in a way that supports emotional regulation, self-compassion, and living more authentically in relationships, work, and daily life.
