About me
I am a Military Veteran who started a new career where I could connect and help others. I went back to college and attained my masters degree in social work . I have been working as a therapist at an addiction/mental health treatment center for the last 3 years. I joined this platform to help others including those who struggle with addiction, veterans and anyone else who might need help navigating their mental health.

The first session we can get acquainted, review what brought client to treatment, discuss client goals , and discuss and agree on how we want to try achieving them.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I like to foster a safe space for client's to share their life experiences, thoughts and feelings without fear and judgement. I like to work with client to understand the whole person and where they are coming from. I like to work with the client to help them identify their needs and help them achieve it. I like to work with client to identify struggles they are having and help them come up with ways to better manage them. I use CBT, DBT and like to empower clients.
