Hi, my name is Cassie and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I have experience working with a diverse population of clients of all age groups. I use an integrated theoretical approach to counseling and tailor the treatment to the client’s individual needs. I am familiar with energy healing, and I am a certified Reiki Master Practitioner. Our first session is all about getting to know you and beginning to build a supportive, trusting therapeutic relationship. We’ll start with a clinical intake, which includes an initial assessment and a collaborative conversation about your history, current concerns, and any goals you may have. This helps me get a clear understanding of what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to work on moving forward. Together, we’ll shape a personalized treatment plan that’s tailored to your unique needs and aligned with the kind of progress you hope to make. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. Whether you come in with specific goals or just a sense that something needs to change, I’ll meet you where you are, and we will take the first steps forward together.

I am committed to creating a therapeutic space that is characterized by active listening, collaboration, strength building, and empathy. By collaborating with clients and employing a supportive, caring, and understanding approach, in addition to identifying their strengths, areas of growth, and the obstacles that are preventing them from achieving their goals, I am able to facilitate the process of goal attainment and problem-solving. I am able to appreciate the complex nature of my clients' experiences and provide tailored interventions that are uniquely suited to their needs. My ultimate goal is to empower my clients to achieve their desired outcomes, promote their overall mental health and wellbeing, and help them to improve their lives.
