Hi I am Ashli and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I prioritize guiding clients down the path to wholeness through the practice of creating balance, healing and integrating all parts. I include processing shadow work, healing parental and childhood attachment wounds, ego dissolution, releasing energetic trauma from the body, and reprogramming belief systems to become the highest version of your authentic self.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session, I will meet the client where they are at and allow them to feel seen and heard. I will also assess treatment goals and whether we will be a good fit to work towards those goals together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I strive to create a warm, open, and calm environment for sessions with clients. I hope to show unconditional positive regard and elicit the ability to lean into their own inner healing intelligence.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My therapeutic approach to therapy is eclectic utilizing person-centered, psychoanalytic, cognitive behavioral, and attachment theory. I believe in treating the person uniquely and there is no one size fits all. I currently work with clients suffering from mild to severe depression, bipolar disorders, adjustment disorder, anxiety, PTSD, and narcissistic abuse. I am comfortable with all of those and open to working with other conditions as well. In my practice also work with psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, harm reduction, and integration.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

I use attachment-based therapy to help clients understand their attachment style, heal attachment wounds and have healthier relationships.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I strive to create a warm, open, and calm environment for sessions with clients. I hope to show unconditional positive regard and elicit the ability to lean into their own inner healing intelligence.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT in therapy to change behavior or thinking patterns in order to treat a wide variety of difficulties and disorders. The thought behind Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is that by changing one’s thoughts, changes in behavior and attitude will soon follow.
