New to Grow
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are looking to create meaningful change in their lives. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by stress, navigating relationship challenges, or trying to find balance between their personal and professional roles. With more than a decade of experience in community mental health, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to our sessions. My goal is to help you build insight, strengthen relationships, and create lasting growth in the areas that matter most to you.
You’ll be welcomed into a warm, supportive space where you can be heard and understood. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back and identify practical ways to move forward. I’ll guide and support you as you build confidence, resolve internal and interpersonal conflicts, and work toward greater emotional balance and well-being.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in international corporate communications and public relations. This background allows me to understand the unique pressures professionals face in high-demand environments. Whether you’re coping with workplace stress, adjusting to life transitions, or seeking better communication and clarity, I offer an approach that blends empathy, insight, and actionable tools to help you thrive both personally and professionally.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and nonjudgmental acceptance. My work is best suited for individuals who want to gain insight, strengthen emotional awareness, and create meaningful change in their relationships and daily lives. Together, we’ll work to increase your sense of balance, purpose, and connection — so you can feel more effective and fulfilled at home, at work, and within yourself.
While Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is my primary approach, I recognize that no single modality fits every individual or situation. That is why I take an eclectic, integrative approach incorporating solution-focused, person-centered, psychodynamic, and other modalities to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs, goals and lived experiences, creating a space that is both structured and supportive..
