About me

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to my work. Having experienced anxiety firsthand, I deeply understand its challenges and impact. My passion lies in supporting women who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, and the pressure to “hold it all together.” Using a compassionate, collaborative approach grounded in evidence-based techniques, I help clients cultivate self-understanding, resilience, and the confidence to live a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin understanding how your challenges show up day-to-day. We’ll explore your past experiences and how they connect to your current patterns of anxiety, attention, or emotional regulation. I use evidence-based approaches—such as CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic strategies—tailored to your unique needs. You can also expect practical tools and resources to use between sessions, helping you build insight and progress beyond the therapy hour. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered from day one.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I specialize in helping women recognize and reframe unhelpful thinking patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and build confidence in their ability to create change. I’m skilled at identifying the connection between anxiety, perfectionism, and ADHD-related challenges—especially in women who have spent years masking or overcompensating. Clients often describe my style as warm, insightful, and grounding, with a blend of humor and practical guidance that makes the process feel both approachable and effective.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with women who are motivated to understand themselves more deeply—especially those navigating anxiety, ADHD, or burnout from trying to do it all. My clients are insightful, creative, and caring individuals who often appear “high-functioning” on the outside but feel overwhelmed or disconnected internally. Together, we uncover what’s been keeping you stuck, build tools for emotional regulation and focus, and help you create a more balanced, fulfilling life that aligns with your values—not just your to-do list.

Therapy offers a path to rediscovering your inner strength. Together, we'll explore the roots of your anxiety, uncovering automatic thoughts and core beliefs that may be holding you back. Through collaboration and evidence-based techniques, we'll equip you with tools to reshape patterns and reclaim your vibrancy.

Psychodynamic

In therapy, we embark on a journey through your past to understand its impact on your present. We explore early memories and influential experiences to uncover automatic thoughts and core beliefs.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Between sessions, I encourage clients to implement mindfulness meditation as a means to reduce symptoms of anxiety. I share the science behind mediation, and teach you different types you can use on your own.
