Welcome… my name is Ife Michelle Milligan. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, as well as a Certified Holistic Life Coach. I graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work in 1996. In my 29 years of providing services and therapy for clients, I have enjoyed the opportunities to witness growth and transformation. I believe in the power of change. In the first session, you will have an opportunity to share that which you feel comfortable sharing. I will inquire about your interests and overall life. We will take our time to establish therapeutic trust and rapport. I provide a safe and comfortable place for those who attend. In following sessions we will work together to address treatment plan goals and improve the overall quality of your life.
