I’m a therapist dedicated to helping you navigate what’s standing in the way of living the life you want. Together, we’ll address stress, tough emotions, difficult memories or thoughts, and self-doubt, while also tackling the tough stuff that’s getting in the way (and may be very difficult to talk about). Using mindfulness, practical strategies, and talk therapy, we’ll focus on what truly matters to you, take meaningful steps forward, and work toward a fulfilling life. And we’ll share some laughs along the way.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, clients can expect a warm and welcoming space to share what’s on their mind and begin exploring what brought them to therapy. I’ll ask a lot of questions because I want to get to know you and understand what’s currently getting in the way. We’ll discuss what you hope to achieve, your previous experiences with therapy, and any expectations you may have. I’ll also introduce a few core tools, like mindfulness, to start working with right away. Together, we’ll begin identifying your values—what truly matters to you—and create a plan for moving forward. It’s all about building trust, understanding your goals, and laying the foundation for meaningful progress.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my greatest strengths as a provider are my ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being open and vulnerable. I’m also deeply curious, which allows me to ask thoughtful questions that help clients better understand themselves and the challenges they face. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on practical strategies, which allows me to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs. I also bring flexibility and a strong belief in clients' ability to grow, helping them build confidence and take meaningful steps forward.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am best positioned to serve clients who are ready to address what's getting in the way of living the life they truly want. This includes individuals experiencing stress, self-doubt, anxiety, or difficulty managing emotions, memories, or intrusive thoughts. I work well with clients who may be struggling with confidence or perfectionism and want to build a life based on their values, not external expectations. My approach is ideal for those who are open to using mindfulness, practical strategies, and talk therapy to work through challenges in a meaningful, compassionate way. Again- a good sense of humor can help!

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

In our work together, we’ll use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build resilience and psychological flexibility. Instead of getting caught in overthinking or self-doubt, you’ll learn to make space for your thoughts and emotions without letting them take control. Think of it like sitting next to your worries on the couch rather than letting them steer your life. Together, we’ll focus on what truly matters to you—what inspires you, what kind of person you want to be—and take small, meaningful steps in that direction.
