Trauma Informed Care

Trauma-informed care is the center of my practice. I have extensive trauma training and find tools used to calm systems can be very effective in most areas of challenge.

Attachment-based

Much of our daily challenges with relationships often stem from our attachment styles. Discovering how we use these early learned behaviors can often assist us in learning to build healthy adult relationships.

Grief Therapy

My experience working with bereavement for hospice provided me with many tools to share with grieving clients.

Including mindfulness in every day is essential to our busy lives. Mindfulness enhances the development of tools to equip us to meet many challenges.
