Our first session will consist of me gaining information to complete an assessment, learning your reasoning behind starting therapy, and creating a treatment plan that fits your needs.

My greatest strength is being relatable and a good listener. I can connect with a variety of age groups from teenagers to the older adults. I utilized a laid back approach and is easy an person to talk with.
