Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas of PA. I have been in the mental health field for the past 10 years and I provide support to individuals ages 10 and up, as well as couples and families. (Not accepting couples and families currently). I believe everyone deserves emotional health and wellness to help them function at their best selves.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our very first session, we will discuss presenting problems, biological, family, and social history, as well as, expectations for treatment outcomes.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with a diverse population, my person-centered, solution-focused therapeutic approach is tailored to the individual and the treatment modalities that might best serve them. No two clients are exactly alike. Therefore, treatment approaches can vary. Currently offering short-term, solution-focused therapy. Everyone deserves support!

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I provide mental, emotional, and social support to adolescents, young adults, seniors, other professionals, and public figures. Some of the conditions that I typically treat include Anxiety, Mild Depression, Stress Management, coping with life transitions and adjustment disorders, Faith-Based Counseling, and brief, solution-focused therapy.
