Hi, I am a License Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience in treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, grief and loss. I specialize in pregnancy wellness, reproductive and maternal mental health with a focus on postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, pregnancy loss and infertility. I am certified in both Compassionate Bereavement Care (CBC) and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMH-C).

I work to tailor treatment towards each individual's needs and I encourage my clients to feel empowered in the therapeutic process.

I work with people who often feel very alone and isolated by their depression or anxiety. I love working with women who are struggling with infertility, pregnant, or postpartum as these struggles are very common yet incredibly isolating.

Shannon is very kind and helpful for me. Being senior and not in the best health she gives me ideas of how to improve my life. I also look so forward to our sessions to help me with depression.
